James C. House
英国レスター出身。ロンドン大学、ケンブリッジ大学で学ぶ。明治大学名誉教授。専門職大学院ガバナンス研究科にて教鞭をとる。英語および英国文化研究に関する教科書を多数出版。NHKラジオ「英語会話」番組にレギュラー出演。現在もナレーター、俳優として活躍中。

He is from Leicester, UK and studied at London and Cambridge universities. He taught English at Meiji University where he is now Professor Emeritus, and is teaching at the Graduate School of Governance. He has published many textbooks on English and British cultural studies. He was a regular contributor to NHK’s radio Eigo Kaiwa. He also works as a narrator and actor.
三好道子
総合商社Siber Hegner Co., Ltd.輸出部勤務を経て、千葉県立高等学校英語教諭となる。米国バーモント州School for International Training（SIT）にて英語教育の修士号を取得。上智大学、明治大学、明海大学、千葉商科大学で長年教鞭をとる。1990年代前半より大学におけるCALL（Computer Assisted Language Learning）の導入が始まった。上智大学ではCALLシステムを活用した授業および教材開発に注力するとともに、学習定着を重視した指導法を実践。英語、英語文化、ビジネス英語に関する教科書をこれまでに出版している。

She started her career at the Export Department at Siber Hegner Co., Japan, and then became a full-time high school teacher in Chiba Prefecture. She received her MA in English Teaching at the School for International Training, Vermont, USA. Then, she moved to university teaching at Sophia University, Meiji University, Meikai University and Chiba University of Commerce. Around the 1990’s universities started to install CALL systems (Computer Assisted Language Learning). She focused on creating lessons and teaching materials as well as devising ways to help students retain their learning. She also published many textbooks on English, British Culture and Business.
